About Kabak
Bespoke tailoring, reimagined.
Kabak is a managed digital tailoring platform that helps customers order made-to-measure thobes and related garments with confidence, while giving tailors the tools, structure, and visibility they need to deliver consistently high-quality results.
Unlike a simple marketplace that just lists tailors, Kabak operates the full experience end to end: measurement, fabric selection, production workflow, quality control, disputes, promotions, and payouts.
What
We Do
Turning a fragmented journey into one orchestrated, trackable flow.
From the moment a customer creates an account, books a home measurement visit, and selects a tailor, every step is managed through the platform until the garment is delivered and the quality window closes.
Tailors remain independent businesses responsible for production and fabric sourcing, while Kabak runs the digital rails, operational rules, and commercial governance that hold everything together.
A Managed Platform,
Not Just a Marketplace
In many tailoring journeys today, measurements, fabrics, orders, payments, and complaints are spread across chats, phone calls, paper notes, and disconnected systems.
Kabak is designed explicitly to fix this by acting as a managed operator with clear responsibilities and transparent rules for customers, tailors, sales teams, and admins.
Customers choose their tailor based on proximity, rating, and price, but Kabak controls the workflow: how orders are structured, how deadlines are calculated, how promos apply, how disputes are resolved, and when payouts are released.

How It Works for Customers
Customers create a profile, add family dependents, and build verified measurement profiles through managed home visits instead of informal, error-prone measurement exchanges. They browse tailor-specific fabric catalogs, see each tailor’s policies up front, configure their order, and apply relevant promo codes or loyalty offers at checkout.
Once an order is confirmed, Kabak generates a production-ready brief for the tailor and provides real-time status updates, delivery timeframes, and a clear seven-day post-delivery quality window.

How It Works for Tailors
Tailors get an operational workspace in the form of a dedicated dashboard rather than a simple listing page. They can manage capacity status, maintain their fabric catalog, receive structured order briefs, upload milestone photos, and track their ratings and badges such as 'New on Kabak' or 'Transparent Maker.'
Payout balances, scheduled transfers, and dual-branded invoices are visible in one place, giving tailors predictable cashflow and clear separation between their earnings and Kabak’s commission.
Quality, Disputes,
and Trust
Fit and finish are at the heart of Kabak’s promise. The platform uses versioned measurement profiles, structured order specs, and milestone evidence to support a fair, evidence-based QC process after delivery.
Customers have seven days to report issues; the system then classifies each case as a confirmed defect, a preference difference, or no defect, and triggers the appropriate outcome such as remake, refund, or paid alteration. This shared, transparent framework protects both customer trust and tailor reputation.
- Seven-day customer reporting window.
- System classification: defect vs preference difference.
- Fair outcomes: remakes, refunds, or paid alterations.

Designed for Scale and Governance
Kabak is not just a better way to order a thobe—it’s a scalable operating system for modern tailoring.
Smart Promotions, Loyalty, and Referrals
Kabak includes a governed promotions engine rather than ad hoc discount codes. The platform supports tailor-specific promo codes, event campaigns for occasions like Eid or National Day, minimum spend and quantity-based discounts, and bulk-order logic for families and corporate clients.
Customers can benefit from bundles, occasion-based offers, and loyalty tiers, while the business can attribute every discount to a campaign, a tailor, or a sales team with full financial traceability. Sales-team referral codes link new tailors to the sales representatives who onboarded them, closing the loop between field activity and platform growth.
Modular Architecture
Behind the scenes, Kabak runs on a modular architecture of agents and dashboards that cover customer accounts, measurement management, order lifecycle, tailor operations, QC and disputes, payments and payouts, admin operations, promotions, and analytics.
Every key action—from a measurement update to a promo redemption—is logged for auditability and reporting, giving the executive, operations, finance, and marketing teams a unified view of the platform’s health. This makes Kabak not only a better way to order a thobe, but a scalable operating system for modern tailoring.
